Time
My sessions with clients observe the following pattern:
10 minutes pre-session preparation (meditation and note reading).
60 minutes conversation time.
10 minutes post-session preparation (reflection and note writing).
I run this 10-60-10 pattern up to 4 times per day, for up to 4 days per week, for up to 40 weeks per year.
Total 850 hours per 8760 hours in a year.
So around ten percent of my time is spent working with clients.
Of course, it wasn’t always this way. For a long time I worked significantly more hours per year, until I was able to fully streamline and automate my business.
If you’re finding yourself preoccupied by notions of limited time, a simple way forward is to look more forensically at how you’re spending your daily allowance.
