In the long-term, it's inefficient to fight an obsolete culture. Doing so will only cause the culture to become more firmly entrenched.

Thank the culture for what it has contributed to humanity, then create your own culture that is better.

Then, invite others to join you, to make your collective culture even better.

The extent to which you demand others join you is the extent to which you are, as yet, unreconciled with your own choices.

An example: thank fossil fuel culture for how it has revolutionised the world, then create an open source cleaner energy culture that is Truly Extraordinary.
