Playground


Here's a little mental imagery exercise you can do over the next 5-10 minutes.

Read it through first to familiarise yourself, then find a nice quiet space where you can have a go:

You'll close your eyes and imagine yourself, as you currently are, standing in your school playground.

The playground is empty and there is no one around. You have all the time in the world.

Allow yourself to be reminded of the best of who you once were, and the best of who you are now.
