There is a question which underpins almost all human existence and experience, from cradle to grave:
Am I safe?
We find a million ways of asking ourselves this question over a lifetime, and we ask it a million times.
Every time we ask this question, there is a small energy cost.
So imagine what might happen if we just knew we are safe?
Not “safe” as in crossing a busy road blindfolded.
That would just be silly.
But safe as in fundamentally, eternally safe.
What if we just knew that?
How different might our lives be?
What might we do with the energy bonanza?
